Everything I'm good at was given to me. An eye for a camera and a brand. The ability to build what someone needs fast, and the curiosity to keep learning, AI included. The calm when things fall apart. None of it is mine to keep. My job is to use it well and give God the credit.
I've spent close to twenty years in places where plans fall apart: construction sites, emergency response, and disaster zones overseas after earthquakes and tsunamis. Chaos looks different for everybody. For you, it might be a business that won't get off the ground or a brand that stopped making sense. Either way, panic doesn't fix it. You slow down, pray, see the problem clearly and solve the next thing in front of you.
At the end of the day, the work isn't the point. People are. If you walk away from working with me a little closer to God, that's the win. I'm a believer, a husband and a father, in that order.
